Larceny, harassment among recent arrests in Oneida

The Oneida Police Department announced the following recent arrests. • A male juvenile, 14, of Oneida, was issued a juvenile appearance ticket on March 14 for fourth-degree mischief. • Tyler J. Featherly, 30, of Oneida, was issued two separate criminal summons on March 13 for second-degree harassment and second-degree menacing. • George R. Lighthall Sr., 57, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons on March 13 for second-degree harassment. • Tarell A. Preston, 28, of Utica, was picked up on an arrest warrant on March 12 for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. • Marian I. Ruszala, 52, of Frankfort, was issued an appearance ticket on March 11 for petty larceny. • Bruce A. Joslyn Jr., 39, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket on March 10 for petty larceny, and was picked up on an arrest warrant for fifth-degree possession of stolen property.
