Obituary Policy

Obituaries are paid notices based on information supplied by funeral directors in accordance with the wishes of the families. Additionally, reports of deaths in the area are published free of charge on Page 6 as funeral notices.

Obituary photos may run in color or black and white depending on page presets.

Memorial donations to organizations in the name of the deceased may be made through the Rome Community Foundation, 301 N. Washington St., P.O. Box 609, Rome, NY, 13442-0609.
